Hey, I am Kim, the crazy behind Romanovs Views. I would like to say I do a bit of everything here; however, mostly stick to Beauty, Lifestyle, and Fashion these days. I certainly have a makeup addiction, and if you hadn't already guessed, my all-time favorite brand has to be Too Faced. Oh, why won't they send me some PR samples... That would be the day, wouldn't it!
I am a great advocate for Tropic Skincare, too, and am just waiting for the day they start their venture here in the United States! Yes, that's right, I have officially relocated to the beautiful state of California! Starting my new venture as an Armed Forces Wife, so expect lots of recent posts on that subject.
In the 'real' world, I used to be a Structural Engineer; however, I am looking to change careers, to what, we'll I guess the world is my oyster. I'm also a dog Mummy to the gorgeous Harley. I am a reasonably outspoken character, who has weird tendencies such as meowing for no good reason, and half of the time, I have no idea I am doing it, so trust me when I say there isn't a dull moment.

I have a real passion for taking photographs, which I hope you can see from my posts and Instagram feed. These take me a substantial amount of time to create and edit, so I do enjoy hearing any feedback, whether it be good or bad.
Romanovs Views has only been running since June 2015; however, I have been lucky enough to be nominated for the UK Blog Awards 2018. Unfortunately, I wasn't selected to go any further than that; however, it was such an honor to have been put forward by one of my readers nonetheless!
I have been lucky enough to work with the likes of Spectrum, Studio 10 Cosmetics, Barry Alan, and Johnny Loves Rosie, to name a few. As well as receiving Pr samples, I work closely with companies such as We Heart Dates and Get Blogged to create eye-catching content on a fee basis. Providing honest and unbiased reviews has given me a great relationship with PR companies and my readers.
I hope you enjoy reading my ramblings. I pride myself on never compromising myself or beliefs just because a brand or company has provided me with a product or fee.
