Premium Essential Oils Collection, Set 1.

This set contains Tea Tree, Frankincense, Rosemary and Lemon Grass. This set of great for anyone that suffers from general aches or needs the extra anti-bacterial qualities these oils provide.

Tea Tree is known for it's antibacterial properties, used to treat acne, fungal infections and a whole lot more in the skin conditions department. It is also known to provide relief against itching and burns. As a natural deodoriser it is great for round to home cleaning and to repel insects.

Frankincense is not one I am familiar with, however has been shown to reduce heart rates and can often be used to treat anxiety. Therefore is great for stress relief when inhaled or added to the bath. It is also known to contain healing properties and effective skin protection.

Rosemary is often used as an anti-inflammatory and used against pain, aching  muscles and to help with respiratory problems. It is again used as a stress reliever and has anti-oxidant properties for a healthy immune system.

Lemon Grass is used as a natural deodoriser and air freshener when added to other oils. It can help to repair damaged skin and/ or hair due to its natural antibacterial properties. This can be used just as a cleaner or to simply combat against bacteria.

This set contains Pine Tree, Lavender, Bergamot and Cinnamon. This set is the perfect concoction for anyone suffering from anxiety, stress or general aches and pains.

Pine Tree is again another natural deodoriser and air freshener, that also provides a soothing and warming fragrance. Something I didn't know is that it is also used to ease aches and pains and can be used as a defence against common allergies.

Lavender is a scent I know all to well, for it's soothing qualities, which help to relieve stress and tension. It also contains antibacterial properties, which can be used to treat minor skin infections and burns. To top it off it is also an all natural insect repellent.

Bergamot , this one I have never heard of and if you'd have asked me I would have thought it was a made up thing. It is used in aromatherapy to create a pure, calm and relaxing atmosphere. It can also be used to treat emotional anxiety and sooth your senses. This one is a random fact, but bergamot is what gives Earl Grey Tea it's distinct flavour.

Cinnamon is not one of my favourite scents or flavours, however is known to help pain relief for stiff and aching muscles and common problems such as arthritis. It can also be used to reduce skin inflammation and irritation.

I was also sent a four separate essential oils, which came in a sturdy carry case with the purchase of four oils. I was especially excited to try out the Sandalwood oil, because this is one of my favourite scents as discovered in my experience with Fragrance By Me.

Sweet Orange is known for it's antibacterial air cleanser and it's sweet scent. This particular oil helps to fight fatigue and boost energy levels.

Peppermint is known for it's insect repellent properties as well as its pretty scent. I didn't know that it is good for pain relief due to muscular aches, insect bites and general skin irritation.

Eucalyptus is great for colds and flus, as it helps to clear your sinuses and helps with common respiratory problems caused by allergies. It also contains healing properties which are known to detox your body and ward off infection.

Sandalwood is one of my favourite scents and is commonly used in aromatherapy, during pray and/or meditation due to it's calming effects. It is a sweet musky scent, that can also enhance mental awareness.

I used a variety of these oils in my bath, due to the fact I do not own a diffuser. They really made the bath extra relaxing and work great together with a basic massage oil.

I did find that just smelling the Eucalyptus was great for clearing out my nose, and fond that I could do this with the other oils to get the effects of each. such as Frankincense, helped to calm me in stressful situations.

These are great as gifts or to just treat yourself. I think it's fantastic that you can create your own combination or select one of the carefully put together sets.
