Why it's important to remember it's okay to say NO!*

With lots of dating sites out there nowadays such as Manchester Dating, Hampshire Dating, Northamptonshire Dating, Shropshire Dating and Staffordshire Dating, it can be hard to know which ones to pick and which ones will be give you the right kind of people.

Even just meeting someone can be difficult, someone can make themselves seem like the most genuine caring person until they don't get what they want. I know most men are just big kids but seriously if we say no or don't want to follow you round like a little puppy dog, don't throw your toys out of the pram!

If you read my recent post I'm Confused then you will know that I have yet again been unlucky in love, and just because I am going to be busy in the next few weeks with plans for my mums Hen Do he told me to just "Forget It". Yep lovely, so you really did want to start something didn't you. Basically because I didn't give it up and am not willing to be a silent little bimbo on your arm you're suddenly not interested.. funny that!

The whole time we were texting it was mainly focused on sex and I have to be perfectly honest, but I felt a little pressured and like I had to reply with something otherwise he would lose interest..
I wish I had said NO! There is a lot of stigma around sex these days and it's still a taboo subject. We all still feel like we HAVE to do it, even if it's just sexting or sending a naughty photo, but at the end of the day why should you have to if you aren't completely comfortable with it?

If you say no, or put things off and they lose interest, or start to try and persuade you in some way then really they do not care and are not worth your time. If they really want to be with you and want something real then they will wait as long as it takes for you to be comfortable.

Getting a response like "If you really liked/ loved me you would do it", then this is emotional blackmail.. my advice, RUN! You do not want anyone like that in your life.

Practice saying no, that may sound silly but really it works and you will be grateful for it in the right circumstances.

Once you finally meet someone you feel absolutely at ease with, then you will know that the time is right. For whatever you want to do. Always remember you deserve respect, you get what you give at the end of the day!
