With me moving into a house by myself and the bills getting larger I found that smoking was just too expensive not to mention bad for your health. So about 2 months ago I decided to try vaping, it is supposed to be 95% safer than a cigarette.
I am happy to say that since the day I bought my vaping kit, I haven't had the urge to smoke real cigarette's, so would highly recommend it to anyone that is trying to quit.
There have been studies which have shown that Vaping is much better for you than smoking and that the amount of crap chemicals that you inhale with smoking, are not present when Vaping. The only real downside to Vaping, is that because it is fairly new to the market, there isn't enough research that shows the long term effects of Vaping. If you ask me, if you're looking to quit and Vaping is safer then you'll only need to be on it for a few months/ years before eventually stopping it all together.
On top of all that, it is a hell of a lot cheaper too. A 10ml bottle of E-liquid will cost the lowest price of £6.00 and last a few weeks... just think what that is in cigarettes!
I have found that whilst there are regular nicotine flavours on the market, I much prefer the exotic flavours with a sweet hit. Red Vape have a fantastic range of premium E-liquids and offered me the chance to try and review two flavours from their site.
Red Vape Ltd was founded in 2013 and are based in Nottingham. They created their brand in the aim to create the highest quality E-liquids, which are made from the finest ingredients and a complex manufacturing method. They offer a moderate range of premium E-liquids.
The first flavour was Strawberry Fusion, R.R.P £9.99. Described as a perfect blend of fresh strawberries mixed with a subtle hint of vanilla bean extract, a take on the very British strawberries and cream dish.
For me this has to be the better of the two, however for a strawberry flavoured vape the vanilla seems to over power the strawberry flavour. I can't really tell that there is any strawberry in there, if it wasn't for the smell. Don't get me wrong it is a lovely taste, however could be better with a stronger strawberry taste.
The second flavour was the Trinity Crème, R.R.P £9.99. Described as a 'Must Try', of rich vanilla custard and reduced caramel, with a delicate hint of nutmeg. Again, this wasn't exactly what I expected from the description, although it does taste slightly of custard, there was no caramel or nutmeg taste. It is a nice vape, just a little dull, I guess I have a sweet tooth and thought these would have given me the sugar hit I have had with my usual e-liquid.
Although I didn't really find these to be as described they were a nice change, I don't think I will be changing to these liquids, purely because I like a sweeter hit.

So Stop Smoking this Christmas, for all your loved ones and you! Try Vaping as an alternative of quitting is too much for you! I would recommend going in to a Vape shop and trying out the kits and speaking to a member of staff that can help you.
